We can secure group rates starting at roughly ten rooms in most cases, though it varies by resort. Smaller groups can still get advisor rates and resort perks even without a formal block.
Sometimes, but it is much cleaner if everyone books through us under the group block. We can guarantee the rate, keep your guests together, and not lose anyone to a confused booking confirmation from a third-party site.
Standard. Most groups have a mix of standard rooms, upgraded suites, and the occasional honeymoon suite for the host couple. We build the block with multiple room categories and let guests pick what works for them.
Yes. We coordinate deposits, payment plans, and the final balance for each guest individually, so you are not the one chasing checks from cousins.
